The company's management philosophy is to provide safe, reliable and efficient transport while maintaining professionalism at all times. Brea Cabs Ltd has an environment and structure that encourages productivity and respect for customers and fellow employees.

The company consists of the Administration, Inspection team and Communications department, Marketing and Finance department. Brea cabs Ltd has approximately 2 drivers per vehicle and 10 administration staff. The management of all daily operations within Brea cabs Ltd is handled by various officers in charge.
